Welcome to Aidyn, a mobile application owned and operated by Kivamay Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Aidyn App (the "App"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Overview
- Aidyn allows users to browse helper profiles (maids, nannies, babysitters, cooks, drivers, eldercare workers, and japa nannies), filter based on specific preferences, and unlock contact numbers by purchasing contact credits.
- The Company acts as a platform provider only. We do not employ, control, or guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or suitability of any helper listed on the App.
- Users directly contact helpers at their own discretion and responsibility.
- The App is strictly for individuals seeking to hire domestic helpers and not for agents, brokers, or intermediaries.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
- By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. User Account
- Users log in with a mobile number only (via OTP verification).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restricting access to your device.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
4. Payments & Credits
- To view a helper's contact number, you must purchase contact credits within the App.
- All payments are processed via third-party payment gateways integrated into the App.
- Payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: unavailability of helpers, incorrect details, or user dissatisfaction.
5. Platform Limitations
- We do not guarantee that any helper will respond, accept, or be available after you unlock their contact.
- The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes of your interactions with helpers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App for unlawful purposes.
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute any content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App's functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
- All rights in the App, brand name Aidyn, trademarks, content, and design are owned by Kivamay Technologies Private Limited.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
8. Third-Party Services
- The App may integrate with analytics, crash reporting, and payment providers.
- By using the App, you agree to the sharing of necessary data with these third parties.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- The Company makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of helpers.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the App or interactions with helpers.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kivamay Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App.
11. Governing Laws, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Araria, Bihar.
